Stand Up What.???......

This post is for my beloved father who does not do Facebook or have a quality phone to see all my crazy pictures I send :) Love you Dad!!!
This past Monday I planned a Mom's Night Out for the Stroller Strides moms. I found a company that had a ladies night Stand Up Paddle Boarding for $10! So me and about 6 other mamas hit the beach in 63 degree weather and 50 degree water!!! What the hell were we thinking????
All in all it was a great experience and the owner of the Seattle Stroller Strides franchise came out and snapped some epic pics! And here is one of them that just happens to be me ;)

And yes Dad I am walking on water..... I am just that cool :0)

Hudson's 6 month well check

So on September 1st we got our health insurance through Starbucks, woohoo!!!!! The Starbucks insurance was way better than the non corporate insurance we were paying for so I was waiting on well checks and things until it kicked in. So the last week of August I started booking doctor appointments :) I am kind of anal with the kids well visits so it killed me to wait an extra month and a half for Huddy's 6 month check. Well today was the day! We met our new doctor, Dr. Scholten, he was very nice and the kids seemed to like him. Yes I had to bring the beast aka Jd to the appt with us. As you will see in a picture to follow this was not a good idea :(
So here are the stats........ I know everyone has been waiting for the weight ;)
Height: 26.5 inches (17th percentile)
Head:18.1 inches (85th percentile)
Weight: 23 lbs. 2.5 oz. (94.5 percentile)
WE LOVE OUR LIL CHUNK O LOVE!!!!!



Also Mr. Hudson got his first tooth last week :)

Jameson's First Dentist Appt

I gotta admit I have been dreading this appt! But to my amazement and shock our boy did AWESOME!!!! We brush his teeth every night and every night it is a task to say the least. But when Dr. Tweedy brushed his teeth, he sat on my lap like a champ and even said,"AHHHHH!" He liked it so much he didn't want to leave!!! We stayed and played with the toys for 20 min. after his appt! I said to the staff, "Do you ever get kids that don't want to leave :)"
I didn't get any pics of the actual dentist appt because he was on my lap and Huddy was at my feet, so i was a little busy :) But here he is playing with the toys.........of course at the dentist office with the pacifier in his mouth :( They were very sweet about the paci issue. She said, "He has had alot of change in his mere 2 years so I don't blame you at all for not pulling it, all in time my dear he is still young" I wanted to hug her at that moment but I refrained :)

Our Daytime Crew :)

Through Stroller Strides we have met some of the sweetest, nicest, and warm moms and tots over the past 2 months! They have greeted us with open arms into their group and we are loving our playdates, birthday parties, moms night out, and all the other fun things we have done!
